Approaching an older guy?

I REALLY like this guy at school.. I see him at lunch a lot and we often exchange looks and smiles at each other.. he's older and I don't even know him. And I want to get to know him. He's *sigh* so cute.

Don't let the age difference scare you, even if it's a big difference.

First step is to say "hi". He likes you too, or he would not be exchanging smiles with you. You break the ice, and he will respond to you. A conversation is sure to result.

well depending on how older he is watch out incase his married.  but if all looks good go up to him and ask him what professor he has for math?  regardless of if its true or not say u have the same teacher and need a bit of help on the subject...if his a nice guy he wont hesitated to help (:
