Are Abercrombie & Fitch performance notices permanent?

I have a unsatisfactory performance notice from december of 07 and another one in Feb and supposedly they're still in the system... Every other manager at my store have told me these things expire within a month or two.... did the policy change are they permanent? Its almost going to be a year for the decemeber one.

It stays in your "permanent" file... but it wont affect for after 90 days
