  1. You're probably just in an area where people have to be loud. If there are a lot of people and traffic around you, voices have to be raised to be heard over everything.

I live in a fairly small area and there are several people here who are loud but it's typically because of where they came from. New York, Atlanta Georgia, California. Anywhere with a large population and a lot of noise is going to have loud people in it because it's usually the only way they get heard.

Please don't put us all into the same category. We are just as different amongst our groups as any other race.

  2. We do, it's that the rest of the world likes to whimper.  Americans were raised to stand up for themselves, so we may seem loud to the rest of the world.

  3. Are you kidding me? You think only the Americans are loud?

Sure some Americans are loud, I'll give you that....

but the loudest people ever IMO and experience are groups of Japanese tourists in the US...and when you get a group of Japanese teenage girls giggling...argh....they might be quiet at home but here in the States? oy vey!

and I've also seen and heard plenty of loud and obnoxious tourists from Britain, Germany, Mexico, Italy and Australia, too!

The quietest in my experience:  Canadians, Scandinavians, Arabs, Israelis, French, Africans and folks from India.

  4. what/?

    all americans...wow

um well no,people are quiet too ,some are shy, some are mute.

i think loud people are attention seekers or tone deaf.

  5. yes theyre loud and stupid

    the worst combination

  6. That is just the pop tards getting too much t.v. time. The rest of us are quite normal.

  7. Okay sight and sound are two different things.  How do you see what is loud.  Also, how do you define "regular" voices.  From their perspective they are using their "regular" voices.  Don't be so culturally inflexible, your probably not American as you should be exerting more tolerance for those with "different cultural norms".
