  1. Scientists no longer use designations like Caucasian or Caucasoid, and no longer claim that humans are divided into races, and your question demonstrates why. There are no firm boundaries between different groups of people, but rather gradual changes in gene frequency across geographical boundaries.

  2. Armenians are Caucasian, since they come from the Caucasus. They are typically referred to, as "Indo-European", and were the first nation to declare Christianity in 301ad. However, do to wars and Genocide, a lot of Armenians have been dispersed throughout the Middle East, and therefore some of them adhere to Middle Eastern food & culture.

  6. Since Armenia borders the Caucasus Mountains to the south, I would say that they are definitely Caucasoids...

  7. All are considered Caucasian.

  8. Natives of the Middle East are also Caucasian.  Armenia is not part of the middle east and they are considered Caucasian as well.   Please remember that racial divisions are somewhat arbitrary anyway.
