Are BIC lighters refillable?

My husband and neighbor were arguing the point last night and I just want closure so that we don't have to go through it again. The neighbor says that your average bic lighter is refillable, my husband disagrees. I just want the truth so I can shut them both up. Thanks for your help!

  2. No.It doesn't have a refill port.

  3. According to BIc's website under there frequently asked questions, Bic does not have refillable lighters, here is here wording and a link showing there FAQ/

    Multi-purpose BIC® Megalighter and Utility Lighters, as well as all the BIC® lighters, are not refillable.
