I'm very curious to find this out.. If so, what websites etc, do they use to learn about new medical technologies every day???

WebMd is a great website

and there are all kinds of peer review websites where researchers post their research and others look at it and decide whether it's valid or not

Alot of times any health career you have to reapply for your license after so many years. And most hospitals require their doctors, nurses, etc. to take mandatory classes or lectures.
