If not, how long do they last? Can you do any design/color? Do you have to be a certain age to get one?

  1. no

    about 1 week

    no

  2. some last a week, while others last several weeks. i'm sure the less you wash it the longer it'll last. simply ask the person giving it to you and they will answer every possible question you have. after all they are professionals. as for the age no, no certain age required for they are not temporary.

  3. They are not permanent, lasting at least a few days, and only come in an orangish brown tint. Its completely safe to use no matter what your age is, in fact its probably quite good for it. Henna works as a natural sunblock. Don't ever, ever get a "black" henna tattoo - there is no such thing. If its black, it has PPD on it, which is incredibly dangerous if in contact with the skin - causing burns or worse. Indigo makes a bluish tint on the skin.

  4. they aren't permanent. they last about 2-3 weeks depending on where you get the tattoo put on. you can't choose the color, it only comes in a orangy brownish color, but it's a really cool color, but you can do any design, depending on who puts it on for you. you can be any age, even babies can get them! they're really cool and fun to get!

  5. No they are not permanent. You can do whatever design or color. I don't think you have to be a certain age. I had one that lasted about a week and a half.

  6. no, they're not permanent. they last about a week or two and there's no age limit to get one. they come in a lot of colors and deigns depend on the artist. just be careful when you get one, because there's been a bunch of cases of people using cheap hair dye that's not meant to be used for temp tattoos and getting poisoned.

  7. Henna tattoos aren't permanent, I've had several in my lifetime.

They last anywhere from a couple days to two weeks, depending on where you get them.  Places you wash more or rub more on your clothes will fade faster than other places on your body.

You can get any design you want with a henna tattoo artist.  The color though, is one color.  Different artists have different colors.  I've had red/orange henna tattoos, brown henna tattoos, and black henna tattoos, depending on who the artist was and how much henna they mixed into the ink.

And as the tattoo is only temporary, you don't have to be a certain age to get one.  You can easily go to the fair and get your face painted at any age, can't you?  It's basically the same thing.

Good luck!  They're tons of fun.

  8. Henna tattoos are typically brown, black or reddish ink. You can get any design you wish, and you can be any age. They are not permanent and are not painful, its like getting your face painted, there are no needles. They usually last from 1-3 weeks, depending on the quality and type of ink used. You can even buy henna ink to make your own designs.

  9. henna's last about one or two weeks and you an get whatever design you want, but the color is brown. it depends how long you let them dry for. for example, i got one this fourth of july and it came out really ligght because i went into the ocean about 15-20 minutes after getting it. so you might want to get it if youre not doing anything physical that day because they come off easily. & the age doesnt matter.

  10. no henna tattoos only last 3 - 4 weeks yes you can do any design and there are lots of colors to choose from and no you don't need to be a certain age because they are not permanent

  12. not permanant, longevity is determined by placment and care, try not to exfoliate over art. hands last longer than soft skin, art is determined by artist, its not hard to do and find, and fun w/ your friends. Ojai is a good source in cali and online. avoid black and "colored" henna! may contain lye and other harmful, scaring chems, good luck and good fun.

  13. No they arent permanent.

You can choose a design but not a color.

No u can be any age to get one

  14. I had one when I was like 13 for a batmitzfah and it lasted about a week. You can pretty much do any design, I'm not sure about colors though.
