She's the same with maca paca too.

What a top show for toddlers - my nephew just loves the Night Garden.. I think Iggle Piggle and Upsey Daisey are just very fond of each other. I like Maka Packa - he collects rocks! and cleans them.

In the night garden is meant to be a child's imagination while they are drifting off to sleep. Igglepiggle is meant to be dreaming everything that happens in the night garden so I don't actually think that any of the characters are meant to exist.
