Are Metabo power tools any good

Question

at first i thought this was a chinese brand but i have heard its european. they are not sold anywhere near me but i would like to know if these are a good tool for professional work

l have a Matabo sawzall. l like it, Works great , l think its German, l bought it in 1995

I have one of their drill/driver sets.  It's not super powerful, but is light enough to carry in my tool bag.  

They are a German brand.

A friend of mine reviews tools for a magazine and he has good things to say about the brand.

yes they are

German made

i have a 10 year plus old Metabo VS sander / polisher

that has been 10 years of polishing ( wet  and dry ) granite and other stones

one of the best tools i have ever owned

Never heard of it and would'nt take the chance just go name brand
