Are PSP Games multilingual? Also if I buy a PSP game in the US will it work with my PSP from the EU?

some games might not be in the same language though but seeing as you want EU games they should be

It usually depends on the game. Different developers put different languages in their games. Some games are only English or Japanese, but I've seen games that have English, Japanese, French, and Mandarin as options.
