Are Scotiabank Visa accepted in Munich?

Would like to know if Scotiabank or TD interac cards are accepted in Munich? They don't say Cirrus on the back, but do say PLUS.

Generally VISA is accepted around the world.  If you're trying to get cash at an ATM, it should also work.  If not, go directly to almost any bank and have them "charge" you the amount that you need.
