Are Vampires Real? ?

Not the Stephaine Meyer vampires. I know for a fact that those are fiction, but I remember hearing that there is such thing as a vampire.

If you can, tell me what makes a person a vampire. Links would be awesome.

The type vampire in movies does not exist, there are individual that have a certain type of condition that forces them to never be in the sunlight. The people who have this will blister and scar  if only touched by sunlight a moment.  They are consequently pale and their outdoor life is at night, It is a very rare condition.

But i don't think there are... well even if there are

why would they show it, when they can feed on your blood

at night wihtout you noticing ;)

There are people who believe that they are dependant on blood, however this is a psychological illness.

There is no human who lives on blood alone and has the abilities atributed to vampires.
