sociopath is defined as  person, as a psychopathic personality, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience. so you could say they are intoverted because that is being anti social but all may not be!

Sociopaths are definitely NOT introverted.  They are outgoing and enjoy attention.

They are glib, socially at ease, and clever, and at first may appear to be potentially good friends and companions.  This facade is a manipulation which causes others to trust them, and then they use that trust to take advantage of others--through scams, lying, parasitic relationships, gaining power or position, etc.
