If not, then how should bonobo sexual behavior be viewed?

  1. Other than man, no animal has the ability to know the concept of sin.  Certain animals can be trained to behave in a matter that pleases humans, and know when they do wrong in the eyes of humans.  Like my dog knows when he did something wrong, like get into the trash or something else he is not supposed to do.  I doubt he thinks of it as a sin.


  2. No. They supposedly don't have a soul. They live by biological impulses and instincts to survive. They have no ability to morally reason anything. Even animals that will sacrifice themselves for their family do it by an innate genetic instinct to increase the chances of their families DNA to keep procreating. Like prarie dogs, meerkats, and bees.

    At least that's what the nuns told me.

  3. No.  They have no soul and also do not live under any covenant given them by God.

  4. yes they are capable of sin..of course they sin in their own ways they are not as accountable for our their sins because of their intellect..they do not read and write but they do give praises to God and they are concerned about their lives..
