Are bowflex excerecises good for mma?

i do mma i think about buying a bowflex i wonna cut my strength training time a little so i have more free time for my girlfriend and work

  1. It can be good and bad because if you use the bowflex and do maximum repition workouts such as 50 pound bench press 80 times because this increses

    -muscle endurance

    -elongated strength

    then you can be benefited in M/A ,but if you try and do maximum weight minimum reps you will start to build excessive muscle which will result in

    -slower movements

    -less flexibilty

    -less cardio unless your running while your bulking up
