  1. Yes, I think so. But they can be aloof to humans since they live in complete wilderness.


  2. Only until you get close enough to pet them.

    Otherwise, try finding out for yourself and report back!

    If they're anything like California, Oregon, Alaska, and British Columbia Seals, you want to stay well away!
