Scorpio :some are depends on which of 3 levels they want to function at.

Not any more so than any other sign. The "secretive" part of the Scorpio psyche has more to do with a tendency to be secretive about themselves, not that they are more prone to psychically probe the "secretiveness" of others. All of us have the ability to develop psychically.

Not necessarily. Psychic are born like singers, some have great talent others have nothing but a bad voice. So some people are and some aren't,  but I'm sure they're born to all signs. Though waters signs are more prone to this gift because water is the pychic connection.

I'm a scorpio and yes i'm psychic.

I have spiritual sensing and knowing.

I'm not so good with sight and hearing.

But you know everyone is psychic. Some people neglect their ability therefore their skill disscipates to the lowest level which is intuition.

When you practice using your psychic ability, they increase.

Even when theyre unsuccessful or incorrect, you're building your skills.
