are spiked screen bolts on motorbikes road legal in uk as they look dangerous? i have not been able to find anything saying whether they are legal or illegal.

  3. a plain bolt is just as dangerous, maybe even more so.  i think if something bad happened, i'd rather be pierced by something sharp than something blunt
