Are there any Groomzillas out there?

My fiance is pretty - involved lol. He seems to have all the wedding dreams I never had as a child! He has all these "visions" of his "perfect wedding day", it's very cute! He's a huge help though because of it, which is beneficial to me because like I said, I consider msyelf a bride-nilla, meaning I have very little "dream wedding" plans and anything he wants is pretty much fine with me! Wootwoot!!! ( =

Actually, my fiance's sister's hubby was one (she kept calling him it throughout the whole reception). She was totally laid back with stuff, but, he was running around fixing the smallest things & what-not. I guess it was nice to see that he cared so much & wanted their day to be perfect.

My husband wasn't until a month or so before. He started to freak about stuff being paid and making sure everything was ready. He also has a fit about the guys wearing ties to the rehersal dinner!

When we were planning the wedding, my husband definitely was a groomzilla.  But it was funny.

We went to David's Bridal to look at a dress we saw in a magazine and he told the sales rep, "This beading looks cheap, is there any way that we can have it removed and something better put on?"  

Then at Things Remembered, they etched the glass of our toasting flutes incorrectly and even though it was a small error, he made them re-do it.

Although I was embarassed during these times, it was nice to know that he cared so much about our special day.
