Are these Orbs..... pictures inside?

So we are pretty sure that the appt is haunted and we took some pictures and a lot of them have white spots....

I have alot of pics with orbs in them too,mostly from Christmas and family gatherings,your pictures are much more impressive! I don't know if it means that your apartment is haunted, usually orbs are angels!! Maybe even a deceased family member.

It's dust, yo.  Nothing to do with the camera, film, or spirits.  It's just dust.

No, no ghost, sorry.  It's a problem while developing the pictures.  The place that developed them must've made a mistake with the chemicals while developing your pictures.
