forward ,back, strife, jeft and right becuase by doing that your altering reality for another. so are they dimenions are just people moving around

These are navigational words for you or me in dimensions. Directions.

Their are only four dementions that humans know of.. That would be x, y, z, and time. So when you move forward you would be moving in some x, y, z, path. I would think its z direction, You also wouldn't be moving perfectly in that direction because nothings perfect.

And of course time never stops so your time spent in moving is altering future reality however small it is.

they are not dimensions... for example when plotted on a graph, when you say 5km to the right... it only tells the direction...

it is called a dimension when you go between 2 or more axes...

for example when it is used or combined with trigonometric functions such as "the car's direction is 65kph sec 30 degreeswith respect to 'B' intersection"

as used also in films u can see 2d and 3d effects...
