  1. i think that Elisha will be mistaken for a girl because ppl might mistake it for Alisha.

i do love Ezra, its like Ezra Fitch, from Abercrombie. i prefer Elijah tho.

  2. Ezra is ok, but I wouldn't use Elisha. I think that people would misspell it and pronounce it to sound like a female name-Alicia. What about Ezra and Ezekial or Ezra and Ephram. Ephram may have misspelling and mispronunciation, but it looks a lot less feminine than Elisha does (which some may pronounce as Alicia).

  3. Yes I like those names, they are different enough. Enjoy those babies!!!

  4. spelling it Elisha spell it different becasue it too much like being pronounced Alicia and Ezra looks a little girly too, Maybe you should try a different biblical name

  5. I have always loved the name Ezra. I like the name Elijah but also Abram and Isaac

  6. Elisha yes, Ezra NO

  7. I think that Ezra and Elijah would be great names for twin boys with Biblical names.

I really am concerned about Elisha, as I know little girls with this spelling and it does sound a lot like Alicia.

However, if Elijah is not different enough for you, what about Ezekiel, Ephraim, Enoch, Eli, Emmanuel or Erastus?

And though it doesn't start with an E, I've always thought that Jericho would be a great name for a boy.

  8. I prefer the Elijah spelling. But they are cute.

  9. I dont like them at all..they arent different they are eons old...sounds like Amish kids

  10. I think Ezra and Elijah would be MUCH better. I think of a girl when I hear Elisha

  11. I love those names! I agree with a previous commenter, I prefer Elijah.

You should check out this site:

    http://www.ssa.gov/cgi-bin/popularnames....

It's a gov't site which gives you the most popular names for any given year. You can also enter your names to see where they rank in popularity. I think it's a great place to get ideas -- maybe it can help you with middle names!

Best of luck to you & congratulations!

  12. I love the name Ezra!  It's different and manly.  Elisha, however, might be mispronounced as Alicia.  How about Elias or Levi instead?

  13. I love Ezra,.. it is very different and i really like that is a biblical name

  14. Awh.

    I think they are adorable!

And they are both uncommon names

  15. I LOVE both.  I do think that the concerns mentioned about mispronunciations of his name and confusion with Alicia may occur, but I like it enough that for me, I would go with it anyway.

  16. Elijah & Ezra please.  Elisha looks and would be said too much like Alicia
