Are they releasing Brisingr in paperback?

Because I have the first two in paperback, and the third, all of a sudden a hardcover, would just look bad. on barnes and nobles, amazon, etc. there's no option for paperback. so i was curious...

It should be, although it probably won't be released as paperback right away. Most books will have a paperbook edition, especially if their prequels did.

They probably would. The first two I got were in hardback though, when they were both released, but I doubt they would keep it in hardcover.

Im not going to bother getting Brisingr because it's been too long and I already forgot everything in both books :'(

yeah i'm waiting for harry potter 7 to come out in paper back... i have all but 7. and what is brisingr? i heard that word in eragon, but i don't know what the 3rd book is called.......

Many publishers wait about a year to release in paperback.

It probably will not be available in paperback for a while after it initially gets released. Popular books are mostly released in hardcover, then paperback around a year or so later.

Usually, the very popular books come out first in hardback before they do paperback. I'm guessing Brisingr will come out in hardcover first, and then be available in paperback in a year or so.

The paperback is coming out at the same time as the hardback i think because if you look in bookshop windows you can pre-order it in h/back or /pback.
