Are yeast infection normal ?

I mean I heard 75% of the women get it.. so is it normal ?

no they are not "normal", but they are "common".  If they were so called normal, every woman would have them all the time.   The vaginal area is an ideal breeding ground for yeast, damp and dark, they just love it. It is usually on the acid side, that is why they taste bitter, but if this gets out of whack , watch out!!!!  Also, with all the medications, taken today, some of the good bacteria in the v****a is killed off, and then the bad guys take over.  Women with diabetes are very prone to yeast infections....an infection is never normal!!!!!

yes. it's normal and can be cured by a visit to the drug store. monistat day or night works fine. you can get it in the feminine products aisle.

Not exactly "normal", but common. And it doesn't exactly mean that you are unclean. You can get it from all sorts of reasons (Froggie).

Go to a gynecologist and make sure it's really a yeast infection (could be other things). They will give you medicine to get rid of it. Good luck.

yeah its pretty common. happens in warm moist areas like inside the mouth and v****a. its a microfloral imbalance causes by candidates albican. easily treated with antibiotics, no need to even go to the doctor, just the pharmacy/drug store

The fact that it an "INFECTION,"  implies that it is NOT normal. keep yourself clean, that includes unclean guys. Yes, you can get a yeast infection from a guy who's has s*x with a girl with a yeast infection.

My wife changed to using only cotton panties and her yeast infections went away.
