I used to lie but then I made the concious effort not to do it anymore because I realized the destruction it has on relationships and that people no longer trusted me.

That was in February 2005 and I haven't lied since then.

My relationships are much better. I had to go cold turkey and stop, it was like an addiction to cigarettes or alcohol, I could stop it with my own willpower.

I have a very hard time lying about even the smallest things, so no I am not.  I have known a few though.  Lied all the time.  I couldn't stand it.
