Arecibo Observatory??

Question

OK. I have already been here. & I liked it. Someone told me you are allowed to walk the bridge at the top one person at a time. Is that true?? Because I didnt do that & I assumed I couldn't. I didn't wait to do the tour b/c it was crowded, I looked around on my own. I really find that hard to believe. Someone please tell me if you know. Thanks

As far as I know, you aren't allowed to do that either.
