Arguments.....mothers?

why must mums always keep moaning to themselves after everyone else has left the room after an argument....

Because no one really listens - they just want her to shut up, but she has a point to make,if only someone would respect her and listen!

Mums are human - they have hurt feelings, too, you know.

Because the argument upsets your Mom to her core. As Moms get older, arguments begin to take more and more of a toll on their body.  It takes more time to recover from the emotional and mental strain an argument puts on them. So, why not just obey your parents and give your Mom a few more years to live?

Moms do this becuase they are "thinking aloud". But sometimes they want you to hear what they said and sometimes they don't want you to hear. SO they mumble. That's why mumbling is quiet. When you get into an argument with friends, and the argument ends, but you turn around say something quietly but behind their backs, your doing the same thing that mom's do....

I got the same problems my mum does the same thing. Looks like we can't do anything.

She does that because her heart was hurt, and the moaning just happens.

Your Mum wants a happy family.  She knows that arguments hurt her.

It would be better if your family members could learn that the only time to yell is when there is a fire!

The rest of the time, realize that arguing is rarely worth the pain.
