Arlovski vs fedor?

what would you think of this fight and do you think it would be a good one to watch

i was never all that impressed with arlovski to be honest. i think fedor would destroy him.

That would be a great match up - I don't think you pick two other sambo practitioners who are so good at boxing.  In fact, I don't remember ever seeing  any MMA fights with two really good sambo guys who were also good boxers against each other.

Fedor seems pretty unbeatable now, but that can't last forever.  Maybe Arlovski would be a good match up.  I'd go 70/30 Fedor, with him finishing Arlovski with punches in the second.

We could very well see it now that they are both with Affliction. I certainly think AA would last longer than Tim did. I think Fedor would most likely win and I don't think it would go the distance. As to it being a good one to watch, well when they sign the deal I'll sure be ordering the PPV. It would be a good fight with 2 guys with skills standing and on the ground who can KO you, take you down for a little GNP action or submit you.

This fight will happen eventually. I will be there in attendance - the only true way to experience Fedor's destructiveness.

It would be great to watch, fedor would destroy arlovski though, and i think it would be pretty fast.

Arlovski would have a great chance if he kept the fight standing up. He has improved his boxing since working with Freddie Roach. He would have to pick his shots and avoid getting to the floor. He would literally have to outbox Fedor since Fedor has heavy hands. Fedor would have to launch his fists and hope they connect. Fedor is incredible on the ground which is how he hopes to win whether its ground and pound or by submission
