Army trousers in chelmsford?

I started seeing people in chelmsford, essex, wearing army camouflage trousers around a year ago. I was just wondering why they were wearing them, as I saw some more today, they tend to hang around the town wearing the army trousers and blue jumpers.

look up "army surplus" in the yellow pages. alternatively, street markets always have at least one stall selling faux camouflage gear. or you could get on a bus and go to colchester which is positively awash with shops selling genuine army surplus; your guys in camo trews and blue jumpers sound like RAF regiment personnel to me.
