This is having two parts.  one is human and the other is animla.

i will explain.

Take humans.. all are wise in their fields,  professer, judge, minister, religious heads, officials, boss etc.,  in this aspect, when all are wise.. you too.  i consider myself as 'wise' and even sometimes i fee ''i know all things, matters etc.,''

Hence.. you read this   ''as wise as a human'' , since some one are not behaving like a human.  we sometimes ask  ''why you behave like a dog ?''  for cunning we ask  why you behave like a fox.  i hope that a man should behave like a man.  as wise as a human is correct to my view.    Another..

A deer in the forest... see, it is surrounded by enemy animals..it has actually no friends in the forest..all in the forest are enemies to the deer.  Even, surrounded by enemies,  it lives happily, gives birth, searching for food etc.,  how ?  it is always on alert.. expecting dangers from enemies..  we humans should also be on alert now a days..  hence, in animals, i consider deer ..
