Asbestos Exterior?? Removal??

Question

If you get an authorized person to remove the asbestos from your house does it still pose a health risk for you or your neighbors? I'm figuring when they yank off the siding that it will be damaged and it will be airbourne...

A reputable company will know how to, and should, cover your homes exterior so they can remove it. What they need to do each side separately, so they can cover, remove, dispose..and follow that process throughout. You'll see they do a great job at it. Usually the people who do asbestos removal are very professional and know exactly what they are doing, so they don't harm you or your neighbors! Good luck with the project!

no, they should wet it down first...cover the ground and then do not let it dry out while removing....
