Asians and interracial dating? ?

Question

I kind of notice that not a lot of asian parents approve of their kids dating blacks or latinos(funny because they're mixed), for many reasons.

How come its like asian women will date someone faster because their parents don't approve(sometimes it might happen later, you know) than an asian guy?

This is just what I observed, and to me its even worse when your like in your 20's or 30's with a good paying job, and you still listen to your parents on who you should love. It seems to me the younger generation has more guts though(yay for young people!)

Most Asian girls in interracial relationships go for White, that's why most of the family members approve of it. They think a White person has the money, status, and power in our society to help their children progress.

As for men, we are bound by culture, responsibility, and family. We are the ones who pass on the name, so the family sees us as important. They want their grandchildren to look like their son and continue the culture.

My relatives don't want me to date Black or Latino, they told me that if I should ever get into a interracial relationship, I should go for White. They said Whites are above others by status, which i think is stupid. There is no loving down or up a class. A Black, Latino, Asian, or whatever can be great depending on the individual.

My dad saw a mixed Chinese girl tracing her roots, he said, "she doesn't even look Chinese what roots does she have?" He told me that he approves if me loving anyone then 3 seconds later he says, "but then our genes can't mix with other races". He is so ignorant!

I don't think that any race should be a consideration in dating the right person.  Perhaps I am just an equal opportunity horny dog, but I find all races of women attractive and would date any of them as long as they meet my other criteria.
