Astral Projection Symptoms??

Question

when my little sister falls asleep on the couch i have to take her to carry her to her room, n this happens to my other sister when she was younger too, but when i pick her up she goes all stiff n takes a deep breath in n then relaxes agen n she seems awake or other times she just jolts n opens her eyes and falls to sleep again. i was wondering if this is sighns of maybe her astral or etheric self returning to her body?? i know she may not be doin it intentionally because shes too young to understand just wonderingg??
