  1. Try a mixture of the following, to be put on as a mask at night while soaking in the tub.

    1/2 an avacado

    1 TB honey

    1 Banana

    a teaspoon of olive oil

You can also add an egg yolk if you like for even more moisture. I sometimes put cinnamon or cayenne pepper in mine to give it a spicy scent, and the heat in those spices draws blood to the surface of the skin and makes it all tingly.

Get on the net and type in "homemade facial mask recipes". There's a ton of em!

  2. Vichy Aqualia Thermal Lotion SPF 30 24 Hr Fortifying Moisturizer is the best!!!  I don't know where your located, but you can find it at CVS.

  3. InStyle magazine had an article with some suggestions.

       1) Mix 1/2 a cup of fresh strawberries with 1/2 a cup of plain unsweetened yogurt. Eating this balances the pH levels in your face and gets rid of dead skin cells.

       2) Mix 1 banana with 1 tsp of honey and 10 drops of lemon juice. Apply to your face and leave on for 5 min. Cleanse with warm water and apply a gentle face lotion as needed.

  4. One of the best things I've tried would be to get avocado and plain natural yogurt, and mix the two. Then put it on your face as a mask for 20 minutes, rinsing it with luke warm water and then patting it dry.

It looks funny, and tastes gross, but it makes your skin feel healthy, smooth and look glowing. It also removes toxins from your skin.

A tiny bit of olive oil helps dry skin as well, just be sure not to overuse.

An over the counter daily moisturizer that I recommend is Cetaphil. It's extremely gentle and does not contain any harsh ingredients.

Try drinking more water and taking multivitamins. I also recommend looking into taking Hyaluronic acid which increases healthy nail and skin growth.

    Good luck!
