At the fair pageant?

I am in a fair pageant. One of the public speaking thing i have to do is talk about the fair. Any sugestions? I am 20 years old...but I really don't want to do a poem because I have a feeling most of the girls will be doing poems. It has to be 30 sec. or less..

Talk about how the fair promotes a sense of township and brings families together in a time when families rarely get to share times together.  Talk about how they are an inexpensive form of family entertainment that aren't sexually explicit and where there is no violence and fun to be had by all.  Talk about the different types of ethnic foods and the different crafts and animals of display.  If that won't fill 30 seconds I don't know won't will.  Good luck!!!
