at work, my E330 printer said that i needed a new photocopier kit--i ordered one but when i put it in, the printer still won't print. The instruction say to reset using the display window--but my printer does not have a window in order to reset the configuration. I tried turning printer off and tried taking cartridge out but still no success. How do I reset printer for new photocopier kit if i do not have a display menu window. since my E mail at work is limited through head office, I would appreciate an answer at my home address of s-twamley@hotmail.com.
