Rainfall is because of a redution in Air Pressure which makes it difficult for birds to fly. But amazon has rainfall all the time; yet we see the highest biodiversity in the aves in those tropical places? How come? :|

You are right, but the rainfall phonomenon is different for different regions of the world, its highly depends on the geographical location and geography of the area.

Reduction is air pressure is responsible for the rain fall, but how much reduction is require?

Areas near to sea requre less reduction while areas very far from sea require more reduction to allow the air containing moisture reach that place..., while this air containing moisture travels to that area it also rains in the parht if the situation is favourable..
