It depends on what manifolds are on your 454.  There were numerous different styles of big block manifolds.  I've heard that 71-76 full size (Caprice, Impala) manifolds work, but I've never done one with manifolds myself.  I used Sanderson headers and I also had a 605 power steering box and a TH400 trans, so it's kind of apples and oranges.  Sorry I can't be of more help on this one.

There is a couple things that I forgot to mention in the last answer.  If you use the side mounts that move the engine forward you will have to install a cross member for the transmission.  The stock transmission mounts are on the sides of the bellhousing.  Once the engine is moved forward the transmission mid mounts will no longer line up.  You also have to use a specific oil pan to clear the steering drag link.  Milodon and Moroso both make notched sump pans for big blocks in 55-57's.
