Auditions!!!?

Question

My entire life i have been a triple threat. I can sing, dance, and act. The only thing i can't do is get my mom to belive in me. SHe told me if I can find an audition or an agent she could give me a chance. Please. someone reading this, wheather you are an agent or not, please help me and help my mom to belive in me. Just leave a phone numebr to an agencie or someething. Anything. Im 13 and have a lot of expierince in home town plays.

Find auditions by checking in your newspaper, on your local film commission website, and at a local theatre or acting class, but for now, here are some steps that may help you.  

-Make a resume full of training, experience, awards, and skills that you have.

-Take acting classes, and audition for anything: plays at theatre or church, casting calls, etc.

-Get a good headshot either from a photographer or have someone take a nice pic of your face with no background clutter.

-Join/Read websites like Explore Talent, Star Search Casting, Actors Access, Now Casting, and New Faces. (You can find auditions on these sites, and don't neccessarily have to pay)

-Submit to agents/agencies and casting directors - don't forget to read books like Act Now and remember to research!

(Find a list of agents in your area by typing in "talent agents in (closest big city, state) on google maps. A list of agents will come up and you can check SAG/AFTRA to make sure they're legit. Never pay upfront fees to an agent, though! Good luck, hope I helped!
