Australian Visa question?

Question

In 2006 I spent 10 very enjoyable months in the USA using an H-2B visa. I was in Nashville supporting the crews at music festivals (I have a degree in Electronic Engineering)

I would like to do something similar in Australia. The casual worker idea wont work as I'm over 30.

Is their any other way ?

We have sponsored temporary visas that may suit you, but you would need to find an employer willing to sponsor you. That might not be too difficult given your qualifications and experience in the music industry.

Check out the available visas such as the Entertainment visa (subclass 420)
