Auto Liability in Accident?

My son was invilved in an accident using a friends car. Am I liable for the damages to the car he was driving or should the car owners insurance cover this

The insurance will follow the vehicle.

So long as your son meets the conditions of the policy he should be covered for the accident.

If the insurance company denies the claim, then its possible that you will be liable.

Is your son listed on your own auto policy? If yes I would make the claim with your own company as well so they are notified of the accident.

if the owner policy cover other not listed in the policy , they will pay but if not then your policy if he is under your policy as adriver will cover .however there are soame po that are schedule drivers only. good luck
