Automatic Trans. into Manual?

Question

Is there anyway to change an automatic gearbox to standard or smg sequential? If so how much would it cost?

Really it depends on the car. It is usually costly unless you do it yourself and by a used tranny. It may be cheaper to by a new car. For a civic or equivalent a used tranny plus parts would cost about a grand or so. A brand new tranny plus labor would cost 2000 to 5000 dollars depending on the car. Hope this helps

Heavens yes.  Rednecks with 3 teeth can do it, so you can do it.    You take the automatic out and throw it away.  Then you add back pieces from an identical car that has a manual.  When all the pieces that differ are in, you're done.
