shows "Forest Ecologist" salaries, presumably in U.S. dollars.  $35,000 to start, $48,000 after five years.  

Presumably you could make a lot more if you could solve the problem with dying trees in B.C.  

Also, expect salary to depend on education.  (More ed. = more $$)
