if i ran a mile 7:30, what was the speed in mph?

also if i ran a mile in 9 min what was the speed in mph?

what if i ran a mile in 6:50 what was the speed in mph?

7 minutes 30 seconds is 1/8 of an hour, so your speed would be 8 MPH.

9 minutes: 6 2/3 MPH

6 minutes 50 seconds: 8.78 MPH (or around 8 3/4 MPH)

9:00 - 6.666666 mph

6:50 - 8.78 mph

You run 1 mile / 7.5 minutes.  Multiply by 60 minutes / 1 hour to get 8 miles / hour.  So you run at 8 mph.

2.  Same process, you run 6 2/3 mph.
