Question:

Azureus help please!?

When i tested my NAT/server port, it came up with a message saying

"NAT Error - Connection to 138.88.155.9:11239 (your computer) refused."

I think this my be restraining my download/upload speed. Can someone please help me fix this problem

  1. That would be restraining your speeds as you are not getting a clear path for communications and transfers.

    Clearing the connection up involves forwarding the port through your software firewall and router.  This guide on getting best download speed in Vuze (formerly Azureus) has good info:
