BROKEN car window?! any quick fixes?!!?

Question

Ok, so the back window on my four door sedan type car is broken. as in, it won't move up or down. It was down, then when I tried to put it up - CRACK... it just made this horrible cracking noise and now it won't move up or down. any way I can fix this without taking it somewhere?! I have to take it on a 5 hour trip tomorrow.

PLEEZ help.

Clear plastic and duct tape. the clearer the better
