BT analogue line + RJ45 patch panel.?

Question

Hi all... Any one know what the wiring pin outs are to punch down a BT analogue phone line to an RJ45 patch panel.

Notes:

BT have presented on a twenty pair block.

There is just one pair for each line.

The patch panel has four pairs (1-8).

Patch panel type is a Panduit DP5e 24 port patch panel.

I think it is the middle two pins (4 and 5).
