Question:

Baby hiccups // just need opinions. =)?

My little boy gets the hiccups at least twice a day now and this has been his routine since who knows when. For the past two weeks though everytime he has the hiccups, I can feel them in my butt and that's always where they feel the strongest. It's the funniest feeling ever. I had and internal ultrasound done about 2 weeks ago and saw that his head was lying directly on my cervix.

I'm 31 weeks and 5 days right now and I guess my question is that since I've been able to feel the hiccups mainly in my butt, could that indicate that he is still lying head down ?

  1. Yes! be grateful that he is facing toward the back. If he were to be facing the other way (come out facing up) that would be a much more painful "back labor" as they call it. Good luck!

  2. yes probley so.

  3. The exact same thing happens to me.  I think you're right...our baby boys are head down and ready for the big day!  Good luck!!

  4. rawr i was never preg but im juz excited for u to have a baby :D

    goodluck hun x*x

  5. My lil girl always gets the hiccups too and i also feel them in my pelvic area in "in my butt" lol. She has been head down for weeks now so yes that's probably why you feel them like that. Plus the baby could be dropping some which if its head down and dropped you would most likely feel them alot lower.
