  1. congrat's!!!!

well they say we have what's called mother insint so yes for the most part but i choose to read lot's of book that were helpful now i used the kitchen sink too bath my daugther since it's your height as well you'll be able to hold he/she there you'll be great just whatever your doing keep in mind this is just a lil person who will soon become bigger and bigger but if you have ant question may sure you ask the question before you leave the hospital ask for a direct num too reach the mid wife or nurse at the hospital so this way you could at any moment in time call to ask your question there very helpful.....good luck

  2. Most comes naturally.  It can be intimidating, this little helpless baby depending on you to do what is best for them.  Just love them, have patience with your baby and yourself, ask questions (Dr., friends, family, other mothers)  Do you have support?  Read books magazines and on line.  I recommend this book to all mothers new and experienced.  "Baby Wise"  by Ezzo and Bucknam.  We have 7 children and I still refer to it.  Take care and bless you and baby.

  3. don't worry it will all come natural

  4. Your mother instinct will kick in full force the first time you lay eyes on your baby. I never believed it untill I saw my son for the first time. Also, in the hospital, the nurses will show you how to properly wash the baby and feel free to ask them any questions you have while your in there. Congrats on a new baby soon! You will do good  :)

  5. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO WHEN GIVING A NEW BORN BABY A BATH IS GO TO THE BABY AISLE, BUY ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT YOU PUT THE NEWBORNS IN TO GIVE THEM A BATH. WHEN YOU DO THAT GET A RAG WITH SOME WARM/COLD BUT NOT TO HOT WATER AND DAB IT ON THE BABIES HEAD WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF BABY WASH. AND JUST DO THAT ALL OVER.

  6. dont worry the midwives at your hospital will show you everything you need to know but never be afraid to ask for the help. a lot of it comes naturally but it never hurts to make sure you are doing things right. your a great mom already by just asking this question it shows you are worried for about your babies well being : ) congrats
