Baby turtles?????

i have a baby musk turtle abt 6 months old...i finnilly got him to start eat and im sooooooo happy its been 2 weeks since i got him from the adoption place and i know that it could take up to weeks for them to starting eating right....well i want to know how much BABY turtles eat? hes abt the size of a quarter maybe a lil bigger?but yea how much does a lil turtle eat?

They don't eat much maybe about a table spoon a week.  I would keep fresh little balls of food around in it habitat daily.

my friend has a little turtle and he feeds it like 1 a day or something like that but you should  try like 1 or 2 times a day

Each feeding, give it all it will eat at one time. Then, stop until the next feeding. At first, this will be the same day, then the next day, and so on. Eventually, you will feed once per week (summer) to once per month (winter).

Each day you are supposed to feed him enough food to equal up to the size of his head. That's how much I feed mine too, and they're happy, healthy, active, and playful! Good luck with your turtle!
